A 50% down payment is required for trips scheduled during the current year.  Trips scheduled more than 18 months ahead may be reserved with a 1/3 down payment.  The down payment reserves a trip, but does not guarantee the final price which is based on seasonal variances.

Trips are held 10 days in anticipation of a deposit

Down payments are a committment to the trip, on the part of both the outfitter and the hunter.  They are not refundable or transferable unless you can find another hunter to take your place.  We recommend that you purchase trip/travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, fire or other catastrophe, death in the family, etc.
